22 The Art Rooms

The shop is a colourful and creative space with plenty to see and do. Locally made arts and crafts are available. There are tables and chairs for people to sit and chat, while they decide what activity suits them. We also offer a range of bisqueware to paint, including personalised painting and gift ideas. There are two potters wheels on site, and we offer half-day taster sessions with demonstrations and tuition that can lead onto the five week clay course, that includes, throwing, coiling and slab work.

We also cater for children's and adult’s parties to paint ceramic or do clay work, and can cater for any groups interested in any of the activities we have on site. Competitions and special workshops are constantly evolving so it’s worth keeping an eye on our web page for further details of upcoming events.
