Golden Road Gin was inspired by our love for discovery and the rugged beauty of Pembrokeshire’s Preseli Hills. We, Philip and Jennifer Wheeler, set out to bottle the spirit of adventure and the rich history that winds through this ancient landscape. By carefully selecting botanicals that create a delicious journey, we’ve created a gin that’s refreshing, smooth, and elegant.

Our journey started when our neighbour Sally introduced us to an Award-Winning Local distillery nestled in rural Pembrokeshire. Over 18 months, we collaborated closely with their talented team, immersing ourselves in their botanicals room and experimenting with different recipes. We aimed to create a gin that not only tasted exceptional but also captured the essence of our rural Pembrokeshire surroundings.
