Chef's specialities are prepared using fresh local produce, home-cooked ham, Pant Mawr cheeses, award-winning Viles crab, fresh fish from Welsh Seafoods landed at Milford Haven Docks, Welsh beef and lamb from our local butchers - the best of Pembrokeshire produce on your plate.
