The large, open plan living area has super high ceilings that add to the spacious feel. The lounge has a pair of beautiful leather Chesterfield sofas that sit around the wood burning stove. This is the ideal spot to sit with a good book or watch a movie on the smart TV, which comes with Netflix. Off the lounge is the dining area, which has a lovely, rustic dining table that seats six. Zinc’s kitchen is supremely stylish, with blue units, white worktops and a brick feature wall. It is also nicely equipped with modern appliances to make meal preparation a breeze.
When bedtime beckons, Zinc has three bedrooms, with two on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite shower room and French doors that open up onto the patio outside. The second bedroom on the ground floor features two twin beds and a work desk. Upstairs, the third bedroom has zip link large single beds, which can be combined to create a super-king size bed. This room also has an ensuite. There’s a further family bathroom upstairs with a beautiful bath and a spacious shower.
Guests staying at Zinc will want to explore the marvellous grounds that surround them. Nearly every tree, hedge and flower has been planted by the owners, creating a peaceful haven to reconnect with nature. Wander through the wood alongside the stream, play together in the fields, relax beside the large pond or picnic on one of the picnic tables that are dotted throughout the grounds.
If you wish to venture further afield, you can explore the marvellous attractions of Pembrokeshire. You’re on the outskirts of Haverfordwest, so you’re only a few minutes’ drive from supermarkets and shops for essentials. The two mile stretch of golden sands of Newgale is only eight miles away and is perfect for a walk with your dog or for water sports. Other highly recommended Pembrokeshire treasures include St. Davids, Solva, Barafundle Bay, National Trust’s Stackpole and the Pembrokeshire coast path.

The nearest railway station is Haverfordwest. There is a regular direct service from Cardiff, with trains arriving from Mancester, Paddington and further afield.
The ground floor is wheel chair friendly, having a sloped ramp to the rear door. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan on the ground floor. The king bedroom with en-suite shower and twin bedroom are on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the super king bedroom and main family bathroom.
The main paths around the pond are grassed and relitively flat. However the circular walk does have steps up through the woodland.
