Ty Lloi is a newly converted barn, and is set back from the road with its own gateway and beautifully landscaped courtyard area. You are greeted by a light and airy double height entrance hallway with the sitting room, including wood-burner, HD TV and Bose sound system tucked away to your right and beautifully crafted beech wood stairs to your left leading up to the well-appointed, bespoke kitchen which in turn is linked to a cosy snug by a striking, glass lined walkway, with books, games and a small sofa-bed.

The property is within easy reach of numerous stunning beaches, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the wild North coast, St David’s Cathedral, the Preseli hills and the beautiful Gwaun valley. Ty Lloi offers generous accommodation for discerning couples who enjoy walking, cycling, exploring, sightseeing or just chilling out in front of the wood-burner.

Ideal for foodies – until recently the owners ran a well-regarded local restaurant – there is the option of a part-catered stay in the shape of tasty evening meals, free-range eggs, fresh baked bread, home-made chutneys, jams and marmalade.

The large, comfortably furnished bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, is on the ground floor with a door leading to the sunny and secluded private back garden. Just off the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower - towels provided.

The barn is heavily insulated and designed to maximise passive solar gain. There are solid oak floors throughout, water is solar heated (with an immersion as back-up) and as a supplement to the wood-burner every room has a slimline, neo-digital electric panel heater. Wi-fi is included, as is a Bose sound system and a basket full of wood for the wood-burner. Larder essentials such as coffee, tea, milk and olive oil are provided.
