Two Hoots is a stone holiday cottage situated midway between Pembroke and Tenby.
Built in 2005, it is a conversion of a former outbuilding of Hodgeston Hall, the neighbouring Grade II listed building. Great care has been taken to blend with its surroundings. The exterior is built of old, local limestone, whilst internally there is an approach towards modern living. Oil-fired central heating and double glazing throughout ensures a warm welcome whatever the season.
The cottage sleeps 7 and has 3 double bedded rooms plus an additional single in the largest room. With 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for 3-generation families. The reception rooms are large & full of light. There is Freeview TV, DVD player, stereo and comfy 3-seater settees. Unlimited WiFi is provided free of charge. The kitchen/diner has every modern appliance including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst the 2-oven cooker has a ceramic hob & extractor. A large fridge/freezer, microwave & coffee machine are also provided. The dining area is suitable for 6 - 8 plus highchair. Double patio doors lead from the dining area out onto a patio which is ideal for your evening BBQ as it faces West. The walled gardens to front and rear make it very safe for young children and the 'Access Only' lane outside ensures further safety.

With rural views to front and rear you'll love to watch the horses in the fields or pop down to the village green where you can picnic whilst the children play football.
