Six individual cottages in the exclusive grounds of this fine Gothic style manor house. With Panoramic Sea Views, tranquil location in the village conservation area. Quiet walk to South Beach and Tenby town centre. Handy for village shop, 2 pubs serving food and restaurants. Picturesque Penally is in the heart of Little England Beyond Wales. Adjacent to the cheerful holiday resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. A pretty village with panoramic views across the golf course and Giltar point to Carmarthen Bay. It has a 13th century church and a 6th century Celtic cross.
Tenby town centre is 2 kms from the Manor by road or a pleasant walk across the Golf Course and along the South Beach

The Manor is easy to find, located approximately 200 yards west of the main village road. There is a bus service to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Haverfordwest, Pembroke, and Carmarthen, and the bus stop is a 300-yard walk down a slope.
The nearest railway station is Penally.
Within 1 mile of the Manor is the Village Store, two pubs both serving food, a restaurant, and a country house hotel. Orange, Vodafone, O2, and Three networks are available; others may be available, but these are the ones we use.
The Coach House

A. General Description
The Cottage is of traditional layout, with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms accessed via stairs. The property is therefore only suitable for guests with reasonable mobility.
B. Access to the Cottages, Parking, and Assistance with Luggage
Access to the Cottage is along our tarmacadam drive, with plenty of parking to the side of the Cottage. Access would be possible for those with reasonable mobility, but there are one or two steps to the front door, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs. Assistance with luggage is always available.
C. Access Considerations Within the Cottage
All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with a traditional bath. These first-floor rooms can only be considered suitable for those with reasonable mobility.
The Bungalow

A. General Description
The Bungalow is in a slightly raised position to take advantage of the panoramic sea views. There are 21 steps up to the property with a substantial handrail from the parking area. There are 9 steps from the side entrance. The property is therefore only suitable for guests with reasonable mobility.
B. Access to the Cottages, Parking, and Assistance with Luggage
Access to the Bungalow is along our tarmacadam drive, with plenty of parking to the front of the property. Access would be possible for those with reasonable mobility, but there are stairs to the property, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs. Assistance with luggage is always available.
C. Access Considerations Within the Cottage
All of the rooms are on one floor with a traditional bath.
Cooke’s Villa

Spacious entrance hall with all of the accommodation accessed via stairs. The property is therefore only suitable for guests with reasonable mobility.
B. Access to the Cottage, Parking, and Assistance with Luggage
Access to the Cottage is along our tarmacadam drive, with plenty of parking to the side of the Cottage. Access would be possible for those with reasonable mobility, but there are stairs to the living area, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs. Assistance with luggage is always available.
C. Access Considerations Within the Cottage
All of the bedrooms and toilet facilities are upstairs, and the bathroom is fitted with a traditional bath. The shower rooms have traditional showers. These rooms can only be considered suitable for those with reasonable mobility.
Fuchsia Cottage
