The Cabins:
Our three cabins are handcrafted with care by a skilled local carpenter. Each cabin is insulated for warmth and thoughtfully equipped with cosy bedding, along with all the essentials you need for a ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
At Cwtch Woodland Camp, our charming cabins offer a perfect blend of comfort and nature. Each cabin shares a well-equipped, off-grid kitchen with running water, along with gas-fired shower facilities, providing all the essentials you need in an idyllic, natural setting.
Nestled in private, secluded spots, our cabins strike the ideal balance between shared social spaces and peaceful seclusion. Enjoy quality time with loved ones, or retreat for some well-deserved privacy, all while immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of Cwtch Woodland Camp.
How to find us
Key information
Currently available for full site hire only, three cabins sleeping up to 8 people. A bell tent can be added to the set up for an additional charge.
A two night minimum stay applies.
A 10% saving is automatically applied when you book all three cabins for exclusive site hire.
A further 10% savings is applied for bookings of five nights or more outside of school holiday periods.
A £30 charge per double bed per stay is applied for bedding, if you would rather bring your own or if you won’t be using all the beds please let us know and we can remove / reduce this charge accordingly.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If your plans change, we’ll do our best to offer alternative dates that work for both parties. If alternative dates can’t be arranged, we retain the 30% deposit if notice is given 30 days or more in advance. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the payment will be retained. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any potential losses.
In the unlikely event that our accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fire or flood, we cannot be held liable but will offer a full refund.
Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards, providing flexibility for your arrival. Check-out time is before 11 am, allowing sufficient time to prepare for your departure. You can extend check-out to 2 pm for an additional £30 per cabin when booked in advance and availability allows.
Bookings are not accepted from individuals under the age of 18 without parental approval
