Old houses aren't renowned for their energy efficiency, however Crunwere House has been improved over the years to make it as energy efficient as possible. Heating is provided by a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system, and the house also produces electricity from a wind turbine, with the remaining being exported to the National Grid.
