Blas at Fronlas

There’s no fine dining at Blas at Fronlas – just fabulous food from dawn to dusk!

We have three accommodation rooms situated above the cafe. A double room with a ensuite. A twin room and a single room with a bathroom. Each room has towels, robes, digital tv, mineral water and tea/coffee making facilities.

We are into great home cooking and locally sourced food to bring you a real taste of Wales. Finding the best ingredients and using traditional skills to create our great dishes with enjoyment is our first priority. We hope you will agree that this shows in the taste of our cooking.

Fronlas is a perfect spot to meet friends and family and we will always provide all our customers with a warm welcome.

We are open from 9am till 4.30pm and various evenings. Room check out is 10pm and check in is between 1pm & 5pm, if you will be any earlier or later you must let us know in advance. You will be supplied with keys so you can come and go whenever you like during your stay.

Directions

Located on the A487 between Fishguard and Cardigan, on the busy street called 'Market St'.

There is a bus stop on the main road through Newport which is situated some 100m away, the buses travel from Haverfordwest all the way through to Aberystwyth.

In Fishguard which is 7miles journey away there is a train station.
